von Recklinghausen's disease

a CONGENITAL disorder, neurofibromatosis, in which soft tissue TUMOURS from along NERVES and beneath the SKIN . There are often other anomalies, such as decalcification of BONES , FIBROSIS of the lungs and formation of KIDNEY stones (renal calculi).
