the body's fluid waste excreted by the KIDNEYS . The waste products include UREA , URIC ACID and creatinine (produced by muscles) with salt, phosphates and sulphates and ammonia also present. In a solution with about 95-96% water, there may be 100 or more compounds but the vast majority occur only in trace amounts. Many diseases alter the quantity and composition of urine, and its analysis is standard procedure to assist DIAGNOSIS of diseases.
