Still's disease

a chronic ARTHRITIS affecting children and affecting several joints, with FEVER and a red RASH . Some cases develop into ankylosing SPONDYLITIS and there is often muscle wasting. The illness may affect the whole body, complicated by other conditions, e.g. enlargement of the SPLEEN and PERICARDITIS .
