Ewing's sarcoma

a malignant bone cancer that develops from the marrow in the pelvis or long bones. It occurs in young adults and children and soon spreads around the body. It is uncommon but very malignant although recent use of anticancer drugs has prolonged the life expectancy of sufferers. The cancer was named after the American pathologist James Ewing.
