dorzolamide

a CARBONIC ANHYDRASE INHIBITOR used to reduce intraocular pressure in the treatment of GLAUCOMA : it decreases the production of aqueous humour. Administered as eye drops (sometimes in combination with timolol) it may cause local burning or stinging, blurred vision, increased production of tears, dizziness, and pins and needles.
