Studies have not been done to determine whether amfebutamone (bupropion) makes it harder to get pregnant. There have been two case reports of irregular menstrual cycles associated with bupropion use, but those reports did not describe fertility problems. Miscarriage can occur in any pregnancy for many reasons.
