Alagille syndrome
also: arteriohepatic dysplasia
an inherited condition in which the bile ducts, which drain the liver, become progressively smaller, causing increased JAUNDICE . It is associated with abnormalities of other organs, such as the heart, kidneys, eyes, and spine.
